About the Role:
We are excited to offer a unique Internship opportunity for recent graduates, and/or final year students with volunteer experience or any junior experience. Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in various roles within our thriving agency. As part of the Internship Program, you will have the chance to explore roles and responsibilities ranging from e-commerce project management, quality assurance, front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, administration, and more.
What to Expect:
We believe in giving you the opportunity to explore various roles within YDM. You will be assigned a mentor/buddy who will guide you through several rotation periods ensuring your professional growth. Your Internship Program will include:
- Diverse role exploration of various roles within YDM gaining exposure to different aspects of Shopify ecommerce agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project managers in a junior project management capacity to ensure all projects are on track for a seamless delivery.
- Perform tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
- Participating in quality checks and assisting the Quality Assurance Team to ensure the highest standards of performance and functionality for our clients' Shopify platforms.
- Collaborating with developers to learn and contribute to the development of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.
- Assisting the design team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly Shopify websites.
- Providing administrative support to the senior management team to ensure smooth operations within the agency.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Design, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
- Previous volunteer experience or junior experience in any relevant field is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of Shopify, e-commerce principles, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to various roles within the agency.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
